Choosing

Today I feel blue
Because I don't have you


I don't know what's wrong with me
Cause I'm letting my feelings free


All I see is a frown
A smile that's upside down


My heart feels empty
It's going humpty-dumpty


Between you two
I don't know who


From comfort to hurt
It seems like a fort


To choose love or friendship
Which relationship?


With you I feel happy
I think for eternity


On the other hand
There's another man


Who won't just stop
Until you say "Shut up!"


And I'm just nagging
'Til his mind goes wacky


I have to say
There is a way


To choose someone
And be the one


To be with forever
And over? Never!


But there is something to do
That is to give the boot


Not for the foot
But for the truth


It is soon to be revealed
And I will kneel


To pray to God
Oh, what a job!


I think you got a clue
Not one but two


I think you know who
Which one of the two


And if you have not
Then make a thought
